Resurrection – The Greatest Miracle!

Resurrection – The Greatest Miracle!

By John Sun

God saved His people the first time by protecting them to walk across the Red Sea (Exodus 14).   Was it a Miracle?

God did make an exception, a one-time redemption at a huge price towards only one group of people – to join Him, without judgment.  These people and their baby boys will be resurrected in the First Resurrection regardless whether they believed the preaching of Jesus (1 Peter 3:19-20) or not (see Jeremiah 31:15-17, Revelation 14:1-5).  The Greater Miracle?

God will save His people the Second Time (Isaiah 11:11-12) by sending them to His Ultimate Promised Land – the New Jerusalem (Ezekiel 39:28, Isaiah 26:19, 65:17-18, 66:22, Revelation 21, John 6:37-40, 14:2-4) with transformed bodies.     The Greatest Miracle?

I personally saw and felt the TOTAL PEACE in Eternal Life when Jesus revealed to me in the afternoon on February 15, 1996.  I wanted to go there but was sent back to this world.

Why most people concern more about the sufferings in this world, their present life instead of their eternal life in the future?  If the importance ratio of our present life/eternal life is 1%/99%, should we be wise enough to make an extra effort today in preparation for the WAY to our eternal life in the future?

Yes, a lot of challenges will come from Satan when we have decided to follow the WAY Jesus created for us.  This can be referenced by the examples as how the disciples of Jesus had experienced.  Except for those who will be “reptured” (see 1 Thessalonians 4:17), no one can escape from death or to live in this world forever.  However, “Don’t be afraid of those who want to kill you.  They can only kill your body they cannot touch your soul.  Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Matthew 10:28)

You may have a lot of tears while living in this world, however, God will wipe them away from you as you entered into the “Father’s House” – the New Jerusalem (Revelation 7:17, 21:4, Isaiah 25:8).

Since the relationship between God and man is unique in each case, lets ask ourselves a question: Am I ready to Join Jesus today? (see 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18) or to become one of those who will be resurrected in the First Resurrection ? (Revelation 20:5-6)
